Bình Nhưỡng hôm nay tuyên bố sẽ khởi động lại nhà máy tinh chế plutonium ở mức có thể chế tạo vũ khí hủy diệt, nhằm trả đũa Hội đồng Bảo an Liên Hợp Quốc ra tuyên bố chung chỉ trích vụ thử tên lửa tầm xa của họ hôm 5/4.> LHQ chỉ trích Triều Tiên

Bộ Ngoại giao Triều Tiên cho rằng đàm phán về việc chấm dứt các chương trình hạt nhân của nước này là "vô ích". Hãng thông tấn KCNA dẫn lời bộ nhấn mạnh: "Chúng tôi sẽ cân nhắc việc xây dựng lò phản ứng hạt nhân nước nhẹ, khôi phục các cơ sở nguyên tử và xử lý lại những thanh nhiên liệu hạt nhân đã qua sử dụng".

Tuyên bố của Triều Tiên đưa ra chỉ vài giờ sau tuyên bố chung cho biết họ "kịch liệt lên án" hành động của Liên Hợp Quốc, đồng thời coi đây là sự xâm phạm chủ quyền và "hạ thấp nghiêm trọng" người Triều Tiên. Bình Nhưỡng cho biết thêm: "Do đó không còn cần thêm đàm phán 6 bên nữa. Chúng tôi sẽ không bao giờ tham gia các cuộc đàm phán như vậy và không bị ràng buộc với bất cứ thỏa thuận nào đạt được trong các cuộc đàm phán này".

Trong khi đó theo các chuyên gia, Bình Nhưỡng có đủ plutonium để chế tạo từ 6 đến 8 quả bom nguyên tử. Ngoài ra họ còn có thể phân tách đủ nguyên liệu từ các thanh nhiên liệu đã qua sử dụng để sản xuất thêm một quả bom nữa. Lunar New Year 2009 is special than any years before. In Nguyen Hue Street, people perform traditional dances that attracts tourists all over the world. They say that this year, Vietnam decoration has led it to a whole new level in art and also improved better than other countries in South East Asia. This Tet Holiday, my family and I are going to Vung Tau for vacation. I am exciting about the trip. Today is Saturday, January 24th, 2009, in the evening, my mom and me are decorating flowers for the upcoming holiday, it is fun though, but I kind of get my back hurt so I need to rest. I plan for myself tonight is going to play 3D-games "Call of duty" and complete it so that my uncle can download for me the "Call of duty 2". My father will come abroad to Vietnam the next day in the afternoon and we'll shall plan on that day, he tells me that it will be great and fun. Then on Monday, our family are going to play cards, poker, and something that it is called "Bau Cua". It's a really fun game with betting on enormous amount of money. After that, on Tuesday, as I say before, we go to Vung Tau. My mind now keep me in the excitement and I wish you all have good luck in this year as well.

Lý Minh Thuận (Christopher Lee) nhận hàng trăm cuộc gọi chia sẻ tâm trạng mỗi tuần sau khi chương trình truyền hình thực tế dài 60 phút Life Transformers được công chiếu.

Chương trình này cho người xem chứng kiến cuộc sống của những người nghèo khổ, ốm đau và không được học hành. TT- - TTCT - Là nhân viên tại Trung tâm y khoa Weill Cornell của thành phố New York (Mỹ), tiến sĩ Sam Parnia là một trong các chuyên viên hàng đầu thế giới trong lĩnh vực nghiên cứu khoa học liên quan đến cái chết. Tuần qua, Parnia và các đồng nghiệp thuộc dự án ý thức con người (human consciousness project) đã công bố đột phá quan trọng đầu tiên của họ: phát hiện về mặt sinh học những gì diễn ra khi con người trải qua tình trạng thoát xác (out-of-body).

Đây là công trình hợp tác của 25 trung tâm y khoa chính tại châu Âu, Canada và Mỹ qua phỏng vấn 1.500 người hồi sinh sau khi bị ngưng tim. Trích đoạn:

Time: Khi kiểm tra lời tự công bố của một người cho rằng họ đã trải qua tình trạng gần chết (near-death experience), ông đã dùng phương pháp nào?

Parnia: Khi tim ngưng đập, máu sẽ không đưa lên não và não sẽ ngưng hoạt động. Đây là những gì diễn ra trong khoảng 10 giây ở người gần chết. Nhưng có 10-20% người gặp tình trạng này đã sống lại (tỉnh thức), có thể sau vài phút từ khi gần chết hoặc đến hơn một giờ. Câu hỏi còn lại: họ đã gần chết thật sự hay chỉ là tưởng tượng?

* Dự án này liên hệ đến nhận thức xã hội về cái chết như thế nào?

- Con người thường có khái niệm về cái chết như một khoảnh khắc, hoặc chết hoặc sống chứ không thể có cả hai. Và đó là định nghĩa xã hội của chúng ta về cái chết. Nhưng định nghĩa của bệnh viện chết là khi trái tim đã ngừng đập, phổi ngưng làm việc và hệ quả là não ngưng hoạt động. Khi bác sĩ chiếu ánh đèn vào con ngươi của người chết, nó sẽ không phản xạ.

Phản xạ mắt được điều khiển bởi cuống não và đó là điềm báo chúng ta còn sống. Nếu con ngươi không phản xạ có nghĩa não không làm việc. Khi ấy, bác sĩ có thể gọi y tá vào và chứng nhận bệnh nhân đã chết. Cách nay 50 năm, không ai có thể sống lại sau khi rơi vào tình trạng này.

* Bằng cách nào công nghệ mới thách thức khái niệm “cái chết xảy ra trong khoảnh khắc”?

- Hiện nay chúng ta đã có những công nghệ mới tiên tiến đến mức có thể làm hồi sinh một người. Trong thực tế, có những loại thuốc (và chúng có thể được tung ra bán trong tương lai gần) đã được phát triển với khả năng làm chậm tiến trình tổn thương tế bào não và cả cái chết.

Hãy tưởng tượng chúng ta đang ở thời điểm mười năm nữa, khi bác sĩ cho bệnh nhân có trái tim đã ngừng đập loại thuốc kỳ lạ này và cái chết đáng ra sẽ đến sau một giờ lại triển hạn thêm hai ngày nữa. Khi những loại thuốc như vậy được hoàn thiện, chắc chắn sẽ có nhiều câu hỏi về đạo đức được đặt ra trong việc sử dụng nó.

* Nhưng điều gì sẽ xảy ra với con người trong tình trạng cận kề cái chết, cả những gì sẽ tiếp diễn sau đó?

- Vì thiếu sự lưu thông máu, các tế bào sẽ có những ứng phó điên cuồng để duy trì sự sống. Trong khoảng năm phút hay gần như thế, chúng sẽ bị tổn thương hoặc thay đổi. Sau khoảng một giờ, tổn thương sẽ lớn đến nỗi thậm chí nếu tim có khởi động trở lại và bơm máu thì tế bào cũng không thể sống lại, vì chúng đã thay đổi quá nhiều. Các tế bào tiếp tục thay đổi để trong vòng hai ngày nữa thi thể bắt đầu phân hủy. Vì vậy cái chết không phải là một khoảnh khắc, mà là cả một tiến trình từ lúc tim bắt đầu ngừng đập đến tột đỉnh là phần thân xác mất đi khi toàn bộ tế bào đã phân hủy hoàn toàn.

Tuy nhiên, tối hậu của vấn đề là gì? Cái gì đang xảy ra trong tư tưởng và ý thức của con người trong khi đang chết? Tư tưởng và ý thức ngưng ngay khi trái tim ngừng đập hoặc chỉ sau hai giây, hai phút? Dù chúng ta đã biết các tế bào thay đổi liên tục vào lúc đó nhưng nó sẽ ngừng thay đổi sau mười phút, nửa giờ hay một giờ thì chưa biết chính xác được.

* Cuộc phỏng vấn đầu tiên của ông với những người cho rằng mình đã trải qua tình trạng gần chết để lại ấn tượng gì?

- Chúng tôi có khoảng 500 trường hợp đã phỏng vấn từ khi bắt đầu cuộc nghiên cứu cách nay mười năm. Đó là sự đồng nhất của những trải nghiệm gần chết với những mô tả sát thực tế. Các bác sĩ và y tá nghe bệnh nhân kể lại trải nghiệm của họ đã không thể giải thích được vấn đề. Một số trường hợp đặc biệt và đáng tin nhất tôi đã đưa vào cuốn sách Điều gì xảy ra sau khi chúng ta chết (What happens when we die?).

At one night in AIS, the school was nearly close and there were 5 students in the 7th floor. They were Ben, Tony, Fire, Tom and Andy. Ben had wind elemental recomposition, Tony was water, Fire was fire, Tom was lightning and Andy was earth. These were the strongest element in nature. All the students were going home.Some of the students were still here. Suddenly, the power was off, the doors shut, the students dissapeared. The 5 students came down. In front of them was a mysterious ninja wore a mask. He moved very fast to attack them, but the 5 little ninjas used their elemental. First is Fire. He used fire to attack but it didn't work. Then, they all ran down quickly to the lobby but still in front of us was mysterious ninja. They were in the illusion. And now, the game started. The 5 little ninjas used kage bushin no jutsu to copy their body and formed a new one exacly like them. They all started to fight. For 1 hour, they recognized that it was Uchiha Madara came from the ninja world. He used the mangekyou sharingan, they were in the illusion. Ben tried to gain the chackra to form the shuriken rasengan. He palmed Madara but still it exploded but Madara was still alive and Ben was hurt by his own jutsu (hint: the shuriken rasengan can kill the molecule inside the person body, especially the right arm). Next it was Andy used his earth elemental recomposition. He formed a giant rocky man to defeat the Madara. Even Andy tried his best, the giant fell. Then Tom collasp the lightning chackra, formed the chidori all over his body. He shoot the lightning from far away to Madara, but Madara used his defense jutsu. At the same time, Tony blew water to him. But too late, he recognized that he was in the illusion. He attacked by himself. Then both 5 had an idea. They used all their elemental and combined together. Tom even put his chidori in. Ben formed a giant rasengan. Madara used his final secret of mangekyou sharingan. Then, the 5 ninjas called the new jutsu was elemental shuriken rasengan against the final secret of the namgekyou sharingan. The jutsus hit each other, exploded 1000 km away. After that, Madara dead but the 5 ninjas were lay down the floor. Then, they woke up, the school back to normal but they didn't know what had happened. The body of Madara gone. Then, they continued playing table tennis. While they were playing, the room became darker and darker. Every students suddenly dissappeared. Uchiha Madara appeared and said, "What kind of game should we play now?" Ben answered fiercely, " Shut up you dang!" Ben had a hot temper and he wanted to kill this guy. Madara replied calmly, "Easy man, no need to hurry because the game had just started, he he he, HA HA HA HA!" Then, Madara smiled crafty. He continued, "1 against 5, that's unfair!" Ben interrupted, "I warn you, if you don't us to kill you so get out of here you bullshit." Then, Ben produced 5 shadow clones to attack Madara. But all his attack went through Madara body. Tony thought, "He just let the jutsu go through the body, like the parts at the place seperate so it looks like all the attack go through his body. So if it's like that than I have to use this." Tony stopped Ben and whispered to him about the plan. Ben got it. Tony said to the teammates, "You three stand back, I and Ben will try this plan." Then, Ben used his chackra to formed the rasengan then put in wind chackra, Tony put his water chackra. With the 5 shadow clones, Ben did the same as he and Tony planned the strategy. He crashed the rasengan to Madara. A huge explosion exploded. All things frozen because wind combined water would form ice. The whole Madara's body turned into ice, either Ben. Tony shouted, "NOWWWW!!!!!" The 3 behind moved toward Madara, kill him as possible as they can. But unfortunately, Madara had hidden and escaped from the ice jutsu and others. The 5 ninjas were all surprised. Madara used his mangekyou sharingan immediately and all of them were in the illusion except for Ben. He knew how to stopped the genjutsu go through our nerves and control our bodies. He clasped his hands to do the special jutsu to stopped from being in the illusion. "Not bad but still not good enough", said Madara. Madara attacked Ben. Now, Ben was in the illusion, too. Nothing can do in this situation. Suddenly, Ben attacked Madara. Madara was too surprised and was caught by Ben. "How can you,...?", asked Ben surprisingly. "It's like this. When you attacked me, I used painess to get out of the illusion then formed the shadow clone in front of you made you thought that I was in the illusion. Then from behind, I attacked you from behind with full of surprise. Nice, huh?" Madara answered back, "Huh, I have to admitted that the game is interesting, but I have to end it." Madara moved quickly and escaped from Ben. Quickly used his final jutsu also known as the final secret of mangekyou sharingan. "Susano technique." Suddenly, there's a giant monster with the totsuka sword. The rest were back to normal. "WHAT HAPPENED?", said Tom, Andy, Fire and Tony. "I think we have to use our last jutsu to defeat the final secret of mangekyou sharingan.". "Let's do it", said all of them. "Yeah!", replied Fire. "Let's fight for our life", said Andy. "Kill it", said Tom. "Right", said Tony. "Bring it on, grandpa.", chanllenging Madara. "You insulted me. OK. You'll pay for it.", shouted Madara. " Brothers, attack", commended Tony. They fought for 5 days without breaking but the fought was equal, no one gave up. Eventually, Madara lost. He hadn't died yet, but he still defensed for himself. Madara used the most powerful defense jutsu. At last, we had to use this final secret jutsu. Ben created the rasengan, we put all the natural elemental in it. Then we formed a large rasengan. We palmed Madara. Everything around us was black and gray. We fainted. When we woke up, we saw Madara die and we were still alive. Everything was back to normal except for us, we were tired. After all, we spread out and go home and rest for the rest of the whole silence night, forgot everything, especially the fight with Uchiha Madara - the mysterious ninja.

Tet holidays

On Tet holidays, people start to go outside than usual because they have to prepare for the New Year. People and children wear new clothes when they are outside the house. At Tet in Vietnam, there are many traditional. People also wear new clothes at home when they have a party. The most important part is the lucky money. Every year at Tet, adults give children lucky money because in the legend, there was a demon that always made the toddlers couldn't sleep. There was a God, and one time he saw that the demon was naughty, so he pretended a person. he went to that house a gave the 8 coins (money) to the mother and said she must put the money around and under the pillow so that the demon couldn't make troubles. After that, it became true. The people saw that happen so every Tet, they gave lucky money for children. Tet, they have two kind of special food. The first one is Banh Chung, it is square, green and it is made by sticky rice and meat with fat. It is square because it is known as the Earth. Another kind of food is Banh Day, it is round, white and it is sweet. It is known as the Sun. In Tet, there are games, too. We have people chess, hopping,.... and others. On Tet, we make fireworks. That's all, have a nice Tet holidays.

HA HA! I'm Ben and I'm a villian. My alter ego is a buffalo monster. It's a powerful alter ego. To become a buffalo monster, I need people to make me angry. I can destroy the city and kill people. My weekness is when somebody is nice to me, I'll turn back to normal. So I have a lot of friends in school make me happy so I can keep my secret. This picture is the most beautiful one in class 6A. Actually, this is the imaginary picture of the Earth in the year 3000. the world looks so new with kinds of transportation. The blue sky at night time seems not so dark but like a pretty night full of many stars and a moon. That time may be is Chrismas because it has a huge pine beside the Disco building. Everybody is inside the house and they are dancing the Disco or some people doing their work. The road is made by glass; what a perfect model for Chrismas. Only the astronaut is ouside with his spaceship on the galss road with a car is flying in the night sky. It is the nicest Chrismas I've ever seen and the picture looks peacefully.

Singapore’s city

This is the picture of one city in Singapore. My mother has been there and she told about it. Now, I will tell you about the city. In the picture, the building is very tall and there are plenty of buildings there.. The river is very nice and beautiful, a place to visit and have dinner on the ship at night. At there, the air is fresh and cool. The environment is fabulous and some people have a picnic on the boat in the river. Eventually, this is a wonderful place for people, visitors, travelers to come there and relax in the holidays. I really want to go there because it is very beautiful, nice and has many interesting to have on holidays.

The Great Wall
The Great Wall is a wonder of the world. It is 6,000 km. There are many green trees surround the wall and looks like tropical forest. It is very huge and from the past to now the wall looks a little gray. Under it on the right is a pagoda. There are a lot of people go to that place. The air is hot and the sun shines blazing hot. People and visitors walk along the way on the Great Wall and seems like they are tired. The Great Wall is built on the mountains so there are some high place and some low place. It is the great place to visit and I want to come there because there are many challenges to go there and I like challenges very much and I love it-the Great Wall.

The Hollywood
The Hollywood is the most famous place in the world. It is the place where actors act to make movies. In this picture, it has a building and it looks like a hotel and it is very large. There are a lot of trees and they are tall and come between each others. Above them are mountains and it has many small way to drive up the mountain. Between the mountains are the big white letters “HOLLYWOOD” and some iron bars that hold the words. On top of it is the flat land with green grass. I love this place because it is the famous place in the world and I can meet some famous movies stars like Lucas Grabeel.
